ACPEM ANNUAL CONFERENCE & AGM 2010 VENUE: THE AMMERDOWN CONFERENCE CENTRE, RADSTOCK, BATH, BA3 5SW SENSE AND PERCEPTION
This AGM and conference is the second in our series of eco conferences and workshops pioneered by the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Energy Medicine, continuing the theme of understanding Energy Medicine. It is intended to last until 2012, with the presentation of appropriate documentation to the CSP.
In our membership approximately 45 different therapies are practiced, many of these contained within the scope of physiotherapy practice. ACPEM aims to be a uniting and supportive force within its own individual unit and also within the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. For our conference this year we are very privileged to welcome two outstanding speakers in this field.
Mike Webster Mike has been a fencing master, shiatsu practitioner and teacher for many years; he is also a Reiki Master, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and nutritionist. In the late 70’s Mike was apprenticed to a spiritual training group in the Orkneys which led to a profound discovery which is now called Waveform. Mike now teaches Waveform from Loch Lomond and worldwide. He has been asked to be resident expert columnist for Positive Health magazine in 2010. On the workshop he will show us how to access energy in different ways to create significant changes in the energy field that someone else can feel. In this workshop you will gain an introduction into the integration and application of new and exciting sensory skills into your life and work. For more information visit www.waveformenergetics.com
Gosia Gorna Gosia is a remarkable transformational life coach, she is qualified in NLP, timeline therapy, thoughtfield therapy (TFT) and hypnotherapy. She is experienced in leading workshops and in working with individuals and has co-led many workshops with Dr David Hamilton. In our quest for enhancing our sense and perception Gosia will help us find clarity with a series of exercises to cut through mental and emotional clutter that holds us back and prevents us from embracing our own uniqueness and being better therapists for ourselves ands others. This year we will be holding our conference in an area of outstanding natural beauty 20 minutes from Bath where delegates are free to wander amongst trees and parkland in the silence of the countryside. An ideal venue to enhance our senses and give us space to deeply perceive our needs. It is open to all to have an interest in energy medicine, including physiotherapy students and non members.
